PRE-PLANNING STEPS

RATE QUOTE AND WORK FOR HIRE AGREEMENT

After the talk with Rob, email the signed service order agreement and make your required deposit if requested.

SCRIPTS. COPY, STORYBOARD AND ART-WORK SUBMISSION

Gather your FINAL script, storyboard, and any images you wish to offer PRIOR to having Rob record for you.

COMPLETE THE ONLINE SECURE WORK REQUEST FORM

Simply fill out the voice over request form to submit your required voice over project information for review by Rob.

PLAN A LIVE TELEPHONE CALL WITH ROB

Plan on about 15-mins time to talk by telephone or Zoom with Rob about your project and the scope of work required.

RECORDING AND APPROVAL STEPS

Confirmation of Sound, Tempo, Pitch, Tone, Mood and Other Flavors

Confirmation of agreed to direction including voice over elements such as the voice over style, feel, texture, or character voice.

SUBMIT ANY FINAL SCRIPTS, COPY, VIDEOS, ARTWORK OR IMAGES

Email any FINAL content, videos, script changes, voice over direction and input as discussed during the initial talk.

RECORDING, CONTENT REVIEW, AND A FREE ROUND OF RECUTS

Once recording is done, you will receive all voiced content to review and approve. You will enjoy 1 free round of recuts.

REMIT PAYMENT FOR VOICE OVER SERVICES BY ROB

Payment is made “in-full” and you receive master voice tracks in format desired. Done! It is that easy to work with Rob Trippetti
